A smooth tomato sauce made from fresh sun ripened tomatoes and complimentary vegetables are sourced from the Tuscan countryside in late August to ensure quality and is carefully processed within 48 hours of picking to capture the fresh, aromatic flavours.
Our range of organic sun ripened tomato products are grown in the carefully farmed rich fertile soils in the Castagneto Carducci municipality of Tuscany, Italy. Due to the position, exposure to the sun, rainfall and proximity to the sea the soil has has not been exhausted of its nutrients thus giving the tomatoes a unique fragrance and the right balance between acidity and sugar.
