Made only with fresh Tuscany sun ripened tomatoes and nothing else! Traditional Italian Passata is uncooked otherwise it would be referred to as a puree. Our Sunita organic Passata is sourced and produced ethically working with, and reflecting, the environment and with sensitivity to the quality of local life.
Our range of organic sun ripened tomato products are grown in the carefully farmed rich fertile soils in the Castagneto Carducci municipality of Tuscany, Italy. Due to the position, exposure to the sun, rainfall and proximity to the sea the soil has has not been exhausted of its nutrients thus giving the tomatoes a unique fragrance and the right balance between acidity and sugar.
