Made with plump fresh sun ripened Tuscan tomatoes which are harvested late August then blended and packed within 48 hours of picking to retain their freshness. The chilli adds a mild heat with the additional vegetables sourced directly from the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
Our range of organic sun ripened tomato products are grown in the carefully farmed rich fertile soils in the Castagneto Carducci municipality of Tuscany, Italy. Due to the position, exposure to the sun, rainfall and proximity to the sea the soil has has not been exhausted of its nutrients thus giving the tomatoes a unique fragrance and the right balance between acidity and sugar.
