For the perfect cup of tea: Begin by filling your kettle with fresh water, as it is rich in oxygen and brings out the tea's full flavor. Only boil the amount of water you require to be energy-efficient. Preheat your teapot or cup and use one tea bag per person. After your water has boiled, allow it to cool for a moment before pouring, preventing it from scalding the tea. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, and then add milk, sugar, honey, or a slice of lemon to your liking.
