Better You Supplements are a pure and effective way to complement a healthy diet and exercise. Dose: 3 sprays delivers 180μg of vitamin K2. Use 3 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays. Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. No Contraindications with prescribed medications. If pregnant/ breastfeeding consult a GP prior to taking K2 to ensure that it's suitable. If taking anti-coagulants do not take this product, except on the advice of a healthcare professional.
