Better You Supplements are a pure and effective way to complement a healthy diet and exercise. Dose: 4 spray delivers 3000IU (75μg) of vegan vitamin D3, 6μg of vitamin B12, 5mg of Iron and 150μg of Iodine. Use 4 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays. Do not exceed recommended dosage – excessive xylitol consumption may produce laxative effects. No Contraindications with prescribed medications. Suitable for: Adults, Children aged 3 years and above, Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, Vegans, Vegetarians, Adherents of gluten free diets. Halve dosage for children under 12 years of age as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult.
