How to Cook Freekeh

To prepare Freekeh:

• Pour 100g of Artisan Grains Freekeh and ½ Litre (500ml) of water into a medium saucepan.
• Add 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of olive oil (optional).
• Stir the mixture and bring it to a boil.
• Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
• Drain any excess water. Use it hot, or let it cool down for warm or cold use.
