Zaytoun
Founded in 2004 to create a UK market for fairly traded artisan products from Palestine, Zaytoun CIC is a non-profit cooperative. According to the International Olive Oil Council, Palestine is the "home of the olive tree." The Arabic term for olives is zaytoun. Zaytoun is pleased to offer you these delectable goods that are made with ethically sourced ingredients and directly benefit the producer communities through trade rather than assistance.
