Tropical Forest
Aside from importing organic honey and beeswax from Africa, Tropical Forest produces its own honey in Wales and England. Since 1990, they have been carrying out this activity and were the first company to export organic African honey to the UK. This honey is produced by traditional bark hives used by small-scale forest beekeepers in Zambia, Ethiopia, and Cameroon. Along with providing honey and beeswax to commercial users with a focus on the cosmetics sector, they also source intriguing varieties of honey from other beekeepers across the world with an emphasis on quality, flavor, and tradition.
