Ross Mendham, a fitness enthusiast who has trouble maintaining his weight loss, was looking for a low carb pasta in 2009. He found a Chinese noodle product that worked, but it had an odd texture, was slimy, and smelled bad. Ross worked on the product's development for the following 18 months, and Bare Naked Foods was founded in July 2011. As shown on Dragon's Den, Barenaked Noodles is the UK's first low-carb pasta. It is also the maker of Barenaked Rice. Low calories, low fat, sugar-free, and gluten-free. Basically, all the food you enjoy has been bared of its undesirable components.
